2023 Update:
Pachu finished the season leading the score boards for the team and ranking in 13th in the league. Unfortunately Pachu picked up an injury in the off-season and is under recovery. 
 
Player Profile:
Born on July 13th, 1998 from a humble context, Pachu is a player with a lot of self-respect, and a passion and fascination for this sport like no other. He carries the spirit of street football in his soul.  He has a clear mind set of overcoming any deficiencies with perseverance and hard work. Pachu is a very physical player and born goal scorer, achieving his most when connecting with the wingers. 
 
Currently he will be playing at Sportivo Bella Italia, a team in Uruguay’s 3rd division where the teams management have expressed him to be a key player for their new project. The club is playing him as a second striker instead of his natural position as they feel that he stands out more. 
 
For our owners, this presents a short-term opportunity to participate in the career of a formed player at a discount. Instead of having to wait for 3-5 years to see if a youth player makes it or not, Lucas is already a mature football player and their reps are hoping the player will double in value in 1-2 years.

Maintenance costs: Fee for agent for his work 
Admin + Management fee = 12%. Covers the expenses for the establishment of the syndicate. The Management fee is for the active management of the syndicate by working with the stakeholders including Player, Agent, Trainers, Analysts, finance, legal, insurance brokers and other advisors. No additional management fees will be incurred unless the management performance bonus or sales commission is earned. 
Organizational expenses = 8%. Include key essential services including legal, compliance, marketing, and establishment of the financial and corporate framework in connection with an Offering of a Syndicate. The fee covers but is not limited to content development, management of game day ownership perks, and access to the Football Legends Platform™.
